perhaps my heading is not accurate but i still feel it was worth posting. Just as was the Randal Simon and Gadsby fines/suspensions.
if i offended Ziets and his yard i apologize as it was not the intention.

Looking for attention or just trying to piss me off ..???? Well ...you succeeded.
Grow the fuck up and post every fine thats been given over 5k .....but that you wont do because cyberbullies only target certain individuals.... not fun to post all.
5k fine is now headline news because its the Human yard where i work ??????
oh, i didnt even know about it because it was in the time my mother passed away .
Go look for attention somewhere else and fuck you too very much.

Let me try explain it on a level that you may understand. I will dumb it down a bit, you clearly need this assistance. Let's say someone was breaking into your house. Lets say that person had evil intent. Lets say your valuables, or even family members, were in that house during the attempted break-in. Let's say I was walking/driving past and saw what was happening. What would you want/hope/expect me to do? Drive on by, or do something?
Try not take too long to answer. You may phone a friend if the question is too difficult.
This just sums up your character. I bet your a bundle of laughs on a night out.
I don't think there's a more negative poster on this forum.Get a dog and go for long walks in the morning,it will lighten you up a bit.

Sylvester's heading about this being a big fine may have been over the top but telling posters to get a life and f@ck off for airing a differing opinion because this particular Yard posts here is not on.
Unfortunately, it appears that in horseracing that if a "buddy" transgresses the rules, he or she may not be questioned or criticized. The person questioning, criticizing or offering a 'contrary' opinion is then labelled the culprit and the attention is diverted away from the offence or transgression. This has happened all too often in horseracing where the culprit is defended and becomes the victim while the complainant is labelled and becomes the villain.

.....I too have been labeled as being negative..and I have a dog and take him for not such long walks....yet it does not change the fact that there is very little positive to look forward too....for too long have people taken chances to the detriment of the well being of the racing game....I'm not having a go at any of the people that may or may not have been involved with this particular matter....but there have been many other fines doled out to others for fiddling/fudging horse passports .....this is no mistake or error... this is a matter of classic deception....and the fines appear to be inconsequential.... however the stigma of being named for doing so should put an immediate stop to this....please people the NHRA may be flawed, under staffed, lack flexibly and poorly managed ....but it is only a fool that would take such a chance and try take them on by trying to be clever....

I used to post all the fines ( even posted about the Shams)
Then a trainer that reads but never posted explained to me that trainers are forced to admit guilt/except the findings in most cases..
Also I realised the the NHRA are useless
So I stopped

Maybe there was a genuine reason why the passport wasnt correct? I don't know.....i remember after the fact, when the Shams were under the spotlight, they had some valid reasons.
That's why i don't comment much on these types of things, as there's always the other side of the story.... that in most cases we never actually get to hear!

Re: Human Yard big fine

....pseudonyms and even real names do not have any impetus to make any difference anyway....and I have said this before...I would gladly openly promote anything that could be of benefit to get local racing back to it's former glory days when I took for granted a heritage that I happened to be born into.....for me this racing game has always been a small and incestuous pond and sought to be at an arms length.....however some 18 years ago I got a taste of a far more exhilarating angle of racing when I by chance went racing in Singapore, this sparked a new passion for me and I began to try get involved locally.....only to find the same incestuous pond with far bigger problems....
....I joined chat groups with breeders, tried selling feed supplements... got stiffed by top trainers...tried promoting local bloodstock to international buyers....sales and major races postponed due to flu....AHS outbreaks....scared the sh!t out of potential buyers....and you know what....nothing has gotten any better....in 18 years we are still no where....people still f@ck around with this AHS issue and many other things like sectional timing....bad race tracks...no race tracks....the pond is getting smaller....we have no growth no ideas ....and you want me to use my name.....I can't, because I feel ashamed....

You deflecting again.
Try focusing on the transgressor(culprit) and the transgression rather than trying to make the poster you don't like or agree with, the villain.
But at least you've stopped trying to defend Jooste.
