i personally do not believe new trainers licences should be issued. There are to many trainers already not making it.
The ever correct NHA should be assisting small trainers to stay afloat not add more competition to an already over crowed environment.

What about Breeders?
Have a look at the Vaal racecard for today.
Some of these horses shouldn't be running in races and the poor blokes who have to pay thousands every month for the upkeep of these horses who might ran one place in their entire careers and nevermind the money they actually forked out to purchase a so called racehorse.
