It's the quality of horses that's dire Mossel.
I don't think we got the worst trainers or jockeys but our run of the mill horses are weak to say the least.
Our good ones are not that bad even though most can't compete on the world stage.
How many winners did De Kock have in Dubai this season?
KZN racing in the off season can put anyone off horse racing for good.
Our breeders need to step up and start breeding quality horses instead of these Drakensberg horses we see on our race tracks most days of the week.
