Got to say unimpressive ride by the champion jockey on Myrrh.
Over confident.

Yeni whinging after the 4th race and pulling race card was completely unwarranted.

My reading was that his complaint was that he had to serve his suspension during the season whilst ahead whilst LH is being allowed to serve a suspension, handed in April, at the end of the season...not a fair jockey's title contest if true...

Muzi will never get the support of the top stables, he has got too many hangers on & "punters". I know of quite a few stables that dont want the aggravation that he brings.

After which he then said - they call it the Rainbow Nation, but there is no fairness.

Why not just say that the rules are unfair, or even, if it's the case, that he wasn't fully aware of how to play the rules to his favour ?

Race has nothing to do with it - so don't even intimate that you're bringing it to the fore ......

Serino rode Red Herring for Michael Miller later. I asked him. He was stuck in a traffic jam when they closed the freeway to allow a huge transport vehicle to get around the toll gates at Shongweni as they could not get through the gates. They were at a standstill for ages. By the time they opened the road there was a long que to get through the toll gates. No skulduggery in it at all.
