That's the whole point of going horse racing to gamble not to walk around like a queen.
You bet money,the tote make money and the industry will benefit.
Yes some race meetings are pretty average but well attended and run to perfection by the HK jockey club.
Doesn't say much for the quality of our horses that have been exported there if the racing is so shite and some of our best are not winning that often there.

And how can you say Cape racing is better when they have fields of 5 or 6 on a average race meeting.
