I placed a winning bet on the 6th race at Curragh this afternoon...still waiting for the bet to be paid out....can anyone at Hollywood assist...tried numerous times via messaging and calling in but to no avail. 😡

After years of receiving good service from Hollywood bets I now am on the receiving end of very poor service. I did an EFT deposit into my Hollywoodbets account more than 24 hours ago and the deposit is still not reflecting in my account. Unfortunately I am working out of the country and the time differences are big so I have emailed several messages through their customer portal without one single reply. VERY , VERY POOR

I've had issues with Hollywood ever since I signed up I thought it maybe just system glitches so didn't say anything but it is frustrating when payouts take long to reflect and you waiting to play again working during the day only have time to play properly at night but payouts take forever July day was bad n recently 30 to 40 min for swingers and win n places to be paid out.
I also like to find out back in July I caught a swinger overseas on a Friday night 10x swinger paid R227 I was expecting R2270 but I got R723 only when I foned the call centre was told because it was a bigger pool the money was shared out? I accepted that and left it has anyone experienced same?? I have been winning other swingers not that big but have been getting full pay out for those

yes yes...agree with all..the question is when are we going to get an apology or feedback around whats really going on...they used to communicate these types of issues but i guess...as in all industries in SA...when you get to big...the small okes dont matter anymore...lol

Fargo all bookies won't pay out more than the pool total.Maximum you can win is the total pool.
So it's no use taking 100 swingers at R6 when the pool is only R300.
Check the pool totals and play your amount accordingly.
Doubles overseas you have to worry about as it's only our money,no co-mingling.Except Australia where it's co-mingled but sometimes even that doesn't get above R500 depending on the venue.

now 36 hours and still the deposit is not reflecting. If only someone could understand what service levels are all about. The fight for the consumers rand is tougher than ever yet certain organisations don't get it.

Hey Aluminium you are correct nobody gives a shit about the punters here. Dont know why you bother still with SA racing. What's wrong with NZ racing? You need to go back to the days of The Docks to remember decent service.

have followed racing in SA for 40 years and love it but this is just crazy. If the consumer got service like this over here they would close their doors in a matter of days

....I actually have gone back to HW because lately the tote are too slow with deposits and earlier today the pay U was not working.....these days one has to have options hence the new bank....but kept the other to show my poorer profile...:whistle:
