If I was looking for value, I would look for,

Horses that are making their debut in Port Elizabeth, ie first runs in that Province. Preferably if its their optimum trip.

Horses that came from other provinces that has mostly run on the Polytrack in PE but now running on Turf. Maybe their second or third run on Turf now.

Any horse that run mostly on Polytrack but now running on Turf after a long time but has shown some ability on the Turf.

Dont punt this centre but two horses i thought where value on the card
race 4 no 8 my boy reecey

both dropping heavily in merit rating

I have Cape Point running in the 3rd. This is his first chance to run on turf since relocating. He ran ok on poly but I'm sure that he is better suited to turf. He can be a bit of an awkward ride, but with Aeneas out the picture, I fancy his chances today. I think that Joe Harman is the one we have to beat.
