ELVIS - Sorry for the late response to your question. I just got home a few minutes ago.
I am not 100% sure about the exact figure,but it was around R87000.00 for a 5% share in Trilogy with no training fees until the end of July 2008.
Yes I agree it was an expensive way to get into racing (you do the maths).

But happy to inform you that we have bought our first baby together and is currently in training with Duncan. We expect to have it first run on or about 19 November 2008.

But we ask for the umpteenth time "what is happening with the lights"???

Tell us plese tell us we are in the dark..BIGDAD SAYS THERE ARE BOARD MEMBERS FOR AND AGAINST...to me that always is a bad omen..BUT they promised lights so therefore just a ploy to shut us up..there were gonna be 12 races on Summercup Day with the sprints up the straigt under lights..surely they wld have had to have started by now?/

Further I heard a whisper (maybe true maybe not ) that the new parade ring is costing R5m..could that be possible?

I don't think that can right oscar £350k sterling - It would be cheaper in the UK?

Maybe you mis-heard R1m probably - no?
