Race 2, think the betting is all wrong, but provides a good betting prospect with Love Is A Rose (5/1 – 52.0kg).
At the weight turn-arounds with Rapidash (+7.5 – 33/10), Pacaya (+9.5 – 5/2) and Otto Luyken (+4.5 – 5/2), on paper, Love Is A Rose should finish ahead of these rivals and should be shorter than them in the betting.
Balance of the runners, Future Swing (4/1), may need the run and probably looking for further and Baratheon (7/1) taking on much stronger than latest – the likely pacemaker.
Love Is A Rose having her peak run and off this weight must be very competitive.
See it is drifting, 9/2 out to 5/1, you could wait for a bigger price, however i believe it is too big a price right now.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

- Elsinore produced a surprising debut and we would be delighted with a similar effort.
_Race 2_
- Future Swing is having a prep run for the summer season over a trip too short. He had plenty of class though including Richard Fourie aboard. Deserves respect and is one to follow this summer in the staying events.
- Pacaya is as game as they come and loves this trip. Include again.
- Rapidash looks the horse to beat and is great value at 3.5-1.
_Race 3_
- *Double Grand Slam* is outstanding over this trip and will take some beating despite coming off a break and this being a prep run. Red Palace is the obvious danger.
- Siddeley returns from a holiday and will need a run or two before returning to full fitness. Prep for the season ahead.
_Race 4_
- Lotus Island is improving with each run. Consider each-way.
- Pocket Dial is knocking on the door and is a value bet at 4-1.
_Race 5_
- Kwite A King needed his previous run and should return to his best form. Include.
- Master Of Paris is game as they come and cannot be left out any bets.
- Song To The Moon was unlucky in both his previous two starts. He must be considered in all bets.
_Race 6_
- Dawn Till Dusk is on the up and should love this extra trip. He does not present much value at 2.5-1.
- Greenland is very capable when he settles and comes from off the pace. Consider

_Race 7_
- Innamorare loves trip but he’ll have his work cut out from the widest gate.
- Tout A Fait caught the eye last time out but that was against weaker company.
- Mauritus Kestral looks one set to improve at 5-1.
_Race 8_
- ~Peregrine Falcon is scratched~
- Mon Petit Cherie is worth a bet at 4-1.
_Race 9_
- Solartrip needs to improve on current form to feature.
_Race 10_
- Be Merry goes for three on the trot and is likely to produce another excellent effort as he was well treated by the handicapper last time out. Big claims again.
- Highlyconfidential is another having a prep for the summer season. Follow next time.
