No stake in this race.... In my opinion there is no way that winner (race 5) should keep the race. Place him last. I know I should have taken 20 deep breathes b4 posting this.....
I liken the rules and their application to cheating....its the equivalent of a boxer punching his a opponent square in the nuts then landing a ko as he drops his head....I despise the application of these rules...I know all it will take is a big owner to lose a gr 1 by a head because of irresponsible riding or an injury to horse or rider and sanity will prevail and rules will be changed....these custodians of the sport are protecting nothing and nobody....imagine if World Athletics allowed athletes to push each other off the track or even worse to hit each other if they are bumped....if you are a devious trainer enter 2 horses in a race...when you see the horse favored to win just let the lesser stable companion bump it out of the race...
