their formula is.

tote win & ADD 7 points so R 6.00 + 7 = 13,00 THEY DO NOT ADD a place payout to the WIN..

2nd place..... tote place ADD 4 points 3.50 + 4 = 7.50

I still believe if not broken do not fix. When I devised the rules I did consider SP... but who is the source of this to ensure consistency and fairness? What about deductions from scratchings... and where does one source accurately the SP of the scratched horse? So, for clarity and transparency I decided on Tote.
