Mangalani Peter Malugani is CEO of the Peu Investment Group.

Quote from their website : "A wholly black owned and managed investment holding company, with strategic investment in the financial services, fleet lease and automotive, and information technology sectors. Focuses on companies with significant global potential and proven leadership".

He is also a director of Capital Alliance, South African Rail Commuter Corporation, Super Group and a non-executive director of Investec.

Without prejudice I would guess that he appears to be very much a BEE beneficiary. What he brings to horse racing I cannot say as I do not know.

His few shares could have paid for Newmarket oh no oops you don't get share options if the price is not met. What did he pay for his shares. 1 buck 1 cent would be great to know.

The word investec pops up all over the palce any reason?

There I was taking a d***p in the mens' at Royal Ascot when I overheard the following conversation at the urinal. It grabbed my attention only because the accents sounded vaguely familiar - they were Saffers!

You can 'process' it through your banking system and your troubles are over without touching a penny of shareholder funds! You can make it up to me later via another directorship.
