Watched it again on the PVR in slow motion. Seems he got a bump from Anton as he went for his run.

He came down at pace. Weight of the horse increased his velocity as he slammed into the ground - at least a broken shoulder.

Lets hope and pray that he is ok

Ugly fall hope theres not a serious injury - place treble arrived - Smart Banker was for me impressive - pity about eruption but it will arrive sooner than later

SAF badly needing an online news site in the ilk of the Uk`s Racingpost..

They would have had an update up already etc etc,infact yesterday they had a report up on their site of Cape Guineas 8 hours before any saf site had...

Disagree Hibs as a journalist you should create a platform for breaking news, why rely on other sources....Be innovative, and don't just be a follower!!!

On TABONLINE i have seen plenty times when the so called journalist calls a Gelding a she, etc...unacceptable for someone who is suppose to be a professional in horseracing.

Its like chalk and cheese comparing the journalist approach in the UK to SA...we are WAY behind I'm afraid.
