Watching the ladies final last night, I must say actually felt boring. Not that the women that they didn't deserve to be in the final, I cannot cannot remember when last I watched a game in the latter stages where I wasn't cringing at the constant high velocity shrieks... Was blisful... And that Vinci woman is a total character...

Consistently good for a long time now and probably the best defensive player I have seen in terms of staying in a rally, getting the ball back and taking advantage of a small opening...
Only has about 2-3 years left though so will end up with 13-14 grand slams...that 17 mark by Federer could stand for a very long time...
