It never rains but it pours 😢

Saturday's six-race card at Ascot has been cancelled after heavy rain left the track waterlogged.

In the region of 40mm rain has fallen since Friday, with officials making the decision to call off the meeting after a 6.30 inspection.

At Fontwell, rain has left the track soft, heavy (in places) with 25 non-runners now declared across the seven races.
