I am sure the entire racing community would love to see Stadivarius and Frankie win today.

It certainly won't be easy with some stiff young opposition but fingers crossed they can again rise to the occasion.

Why can we not turn the Durban July into a 3-day festival (Thursday/Friday/Saturday)?

Royal Ascot is top class and gives me goosebumps.

If only our racing administrators had the foresight to bring a festival like this to our Champions season. This will attract lots of young people to the game,

I love this sport but my kids think I am mad!!! They will never even enter the racing game!!!

We no longer have the racing ethos in South Africa for a multiple day festival. The Queen’s Plate does have a two day festival but we don’t get a dedicated channel for day one. On big race days we do get a dedicated channel but only for a few hours.
