As North America and the rest of the world use different ratings then how is BAAEED evaluated as the world’s highest rated horse?

Day one
It's obvious that all eyes will be on Baaeed to make it 10 from 10 and the 9/20 is an indication of how good he is.
Mishriff and Native Trial will make it a true run race.
The exotics should pay a bomb even if Baaeed wins on a very competitive card.
All the top jocks are on display and a few horses to add to your permutations.
Dakota Gold and Ancient Times
Local Dynasty
Secret State
Alfred Boucher
Cuban Breeze
Miss USA
There will be some spectacular races but probably easier to have a punt ......at
Musselburgh
Leading Company can win again
Wolves
Princeville looks hard to beat.
Worcester jumps tonight
Kempton this evening
She's Hot can break her maiden
Sligo in Ireland this evening Is a jump meeting
Good Punting

Here is a race that I remember many years ago
Brigadier Gerard was 1/3 and lost its unbeaten record to Roberto the Derby winner.
