Talk about being delusional - a few days ago Donal Trump announced that the USA would be the Guardians of the Hormuz Strait and for safely escorting tankers and ships through, the USA would be charging a fee of 20% of the value of the cargo.

As an example, a VLCC carrying 300 000 (t) of crude which equates to approximately 2 million barrels at (say) $80.00 per barrel, the value of that cargo would equate to $ 160 000 000.00
at 20% would be $32 000 000.00. The vessels owners would transfer these additional costs to the buyer.

Bright-spark would push the globe into a financial crash.

Just like the failed tariffs.

Well Trump (TACO) has done a 360 on the 20% value of the cargo shakedown, in exchange for, "if you Middle Eastern countries invest in the USA, we will protect your cargoes", really. Iran is hitting all American bases in the region and smart-arse cannot protect them against these strikes. Does he believe these peeps are so naive?

Trumps illegal war on Iran was won on the first day, that’s if you believe him. 5 months later it’s still going. Fuel prices at the pumps are heading northwards again, food at the supermarkets at an all time high yet Trump does not give a toss. 

This war only ends when Iran want it too.
