Client Pin or Password invalid hollywood was created by mr hawaii
since last night 8pm or so I have Client Pin or Password invalid msg when trying to log on - I tried contacting HW via online chat but that was not working - any solutions -

The same on my side Mr H,tried to get soccer bets and UFC bets on last night but same error on both the Mobi and desktop sites.restarted my browser ,no luck.This same error has been popping up for the last few weeks but then seems to resolve its self after a few tries,but now seems permanent.

Try to reset pin on mobile/email. Had same problem

I have been having the same problem the last couple of weeks and last night i could not login at all. I decided to reset password by sms and it worked instantly. Just click on lost password on the website when logging in.

Thanks guys - no help from HW - online chat told me to contact HELPDESK!! What's the point of online chat "Is there anything I can help you with?" when the simplest thing is referred to another help-less place:whistle: - Thankfully posters above helped and I reset password as advised and it worked -

Silence is golden... this has always been my big issue. The lack of communication with the very people who keep you alive... the customer. Unless Dev reads this site and communicates personally their communication customer service is up there with the worst of any retail industry.
If you can put a banner up on the site for FNB maintenance surely you can use the same method to say “we have a problem... to logon try this” because the other avenues, including the most annoying pop up “ can we help you” device is as bad as their helpline..

Happened again this AM - called help line and problem escalated - She could not fix the problem (first time she had heard of a problem like that)so again I had to reset password ...
