Is there any reason why they don’t want to race?

I understand the problem with not racing on Wed due to the voting
But they are also voting in Gauteng
There is no racing on Saturday in Cape Town
Next week racing is on Tuesday
Why could the meeting not be moved to tomorrow?
No wonder racin in CT is finished

I see Bloomberg blaming Davis

But also says he requested the cancellation before

Then blames the Government

You have to feel for the smaller cape owners

Passing the buck and hospital passes seem to be Bloombergs forte.

Let me ask this - Kenilworth Racing have known about this "problem" since the election date was announced - here I presume that the racing calendar pre-empted the announcement of the election date. Why is it then that knowing there was a possible problem coming up, that grooms eligible to vote were not registered as special voters and given the option to vote today?

We can make excuses for lots of things that happen that are out of our control. Poor forward planning and even poorer management are definitely not one of them. This day could have been saved with proactive action having taken place.
