Fantastic win in soft going. I see he is nominated on the 29th May and 12th June in some big baby races down under. Really hope he can fly the flag. It would be nice to round off the week with a win locally.

I heard he ran second on the 21st, missed it, by a whisker in a good time for the wet going. His boet Pleasant Endeavor is running tomorrow race 8 at Sha Tin over a 1400m. I think he has been crying out for this distance and hope he can bring it home. (10.35)

I eventually saw the replay of his last race (2nd) and still cant believe they didn't get the result wrong. Apparently there was a huge outcry in Aus land about this result. (How is it even possible now days?) Maybe Bob if you could put up the replay I would love your opinions. He is running on Sat 8th at 07n35 at Randwick race 8. I hear he has the 3 to beat.

Have just watched the replay several times and it is shocking how a first world racing centre like OZ can get the result wrong.
The commentator called In the Congo ( No 3) the winner confidently unlike the " it's too close to call * and the numbers on the patrol showed that the 3 was marginally ahead of Verne ( No 4) at the winning post.
Your horse was robbed of a victory in broad daylight.
