Fully deserved world cup win by the Aussies. Three of their 4 reserves would walk into any other team in the world, that's how good they are again

Few like to accept it but as soon as the "other" semi final was NZ vs SA the Aussies were certainties ..........history dictates that neither NZ or SA can get anywhere near the BMT required to beat them at knockout cricket!
You have to take your hat off to the Aussies ...........even if it grates!!!!

Worthy winners but bullies nonetheless...as Nasser Hussain said to Allan Border with reference to Brad Haddin having a go at Guptill when they got his wicket "You got his wicket...what more do you want ??"

I think that cricket may applaud their skill but the game loses supporters through their boorish behaviour...if you really are the most skillful team (and they are) then there is no added advantage required...I, for one, do not like watching Australia playing because almost every match involving them has something that detracts from the cricket...and when supporters do not like to watch the most skillful and successful team play then it is to the long-term detriment of the sport...

Nothing better than leaving a scar for the next time. They are supposed to be pro's.
If you can't take the heat, get out. Remember NZ and Faf du Plessis previous world cup?
Aus my favorite team to watch (and punt). They don't even have enough players to field 5 teams in super rugby, but from this meager crop they have won the rugby world cup as many times as anyone else.
