If Saurez bit the Italian, then he has got to be the dumbest player on the planet. Must say the Italian player's reaction was immediate not like he was faking the incident.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

FIFA may have to insist Saurez plays with the Hannibal Lecktor mask from Silence Of The Lambs in the next match, the opposition may refuse to take to the pitch siting fear of being eaten alive whilst playing a football match:
