Dave, honest question, what is your opinion of D Costa at the minute? I've not seen too much of him admittedly this season but the bits I have seen, he seems more intent on "creating an atmosphere" with officials or the opposition. If I was a CFC fan I think I would be getting pissed off with him, with an attitude of... ffs play football and shut the fark up. Your view?

Costa,Fabregas,Matic and pigeon toe are all way off form..
But as he is a defender,PToe is getting more stick..Costa has been as bad,but PL defender are a bit tougher than La Liga defenders and he's not concentrating on footy.
I'm out to listen to a band,adios

Ta DTF, hope the band are decent
No idea Bob but it seems to have slipped under the radar that United actually have signed a central defender, a position many have seemingly been clammering for a new face...
Regan Poole: Manchester United sign Newport County teenager
Manchester United have signed Newport County's 17-year-old defender Regan Poole for an undisclosed fee.
The Wales Under-17 international joined United after passing a medical at the club's Carrington training ground.
Poole, who had been on trial at United and Liverpool, was the subject of a £60,000 bid plus add-ons from Championship side Hull.
"It's a wonderful opportunity for him to progress at such a magnificent club," Newport boss Terry Butcher said.
"In the past few days a number of clubs have shown an interest in Regan, but as soon as Manchester United came in there was only really going to be one outcome."
The fee for Poole is believed to be £100,000 in a deal that could rise to £400,000.
Brighton had also shown an interest in signing the young centre-back, who became Newport's youngest ever player in 2014 when he made his debut against Shrewsbury Town aged 16 years and 94 days.

United club statement
Manchester United notes Real Madrid’s statement on the attempt to sign David De Gea and sell Navas to Manchester United. The club feels compelled to provide some clarification with the following facts.
- Manchester United did not seek contact from Real Madrid for the sale of David. David is a key member of our squad and the club’s preference was not to sell.
- No offer was received for David until yesterday.
- At lunchtime yesterday, Real Madrid made its first offer to buy David. A deal was agreed between the clubs, which included Navas being transferred to Old Trafford. The deals were dependent on each other.
- In the last several hours of the process, with Navas at the Real Madrid training ground, Real Madrid were controlling the documentation processes of David, Navas and Real Madrid. Manchester United was in control only of the documentation of Manchester United.
- Manchester United sent transfer documents for both players to Real Madrid at 20:42 BST. David’s documentation was returned by Real Madrid to Manchester United without the signatory page at 22:32 BST.
- At 22:40 BST, minutes before the deadline, major changes to the documentation came through to Manchester United which immediately put the deals at risk.
- Only at 22:55 BST were the documents that are needed to cancel David’s contract received by Manchester United from Real Madrid.
- At this point Navas’ documentation was still not returned by Real Madrid.
- At 22:58 BST, the transfer agreement was sent back by Manchester United, uploaded onto TMS and accepted – all before the deadline.
- It is our understanding that the deals couldn’t happen because:
Real Madrid didn’t upload David’s documents onto TMS in time (Manchester United did)
Real Madrid didn’t upload David’s documents to the Spanish league in time, per reports it seems some 28 minutes after the deadline
- The fact that Manchester United filed the papers on time was acknowledged by the Football Association, who offered to support that claim in any discussions with FIFA. The club offered this assistance, as well as its own timestamped documents to Real Madrid but they have chosen not to go down this route.
Manchester United acts appropriately and efficiently in its transfer dealings. The club is delighted that its fan-favourite double Player of the Year, David de Gea, remains a Manchester United player.

Arsene Wenger is the only manager to not sign an outfield player in the top five divisions in Europe..Why does he treat Arsenals money as if it's he's own.
Gary Neville is 100% percent correct in calling him arrogant,if he's not, then he's got terrible eye sight..
They can't win the league without a 20 goal a year striker and Oliver Love My Hair Giroud is not one.

everybody is now beginning to see how vain Giroud is. Next time you watch Arsenal on the box, that will be against Chelsea on the 19th, watch him after he misses a goal. He will be looking up at the big screen to see if his hair is still in place. If the bloke was good looking then yes maybe, but he is not. Wenger only has to deliver Champions League football and he is safe, that's what the owners are only interested in. They make around 40million for the group stages. Aim this season is to get into the quarter finals. I would not call him arrogant as much as stubborn. He could have told the board to stay at Highbury and not build a new stadium. If Arsenal had stayed they would definitely have won the title at least 3 or 4 times in the last 10 years. He had to sell his best players, why RVP won the league on his own for United. These guys live a great life earning millions a year so they must accept the criticism that comes there way. The media are slowly aiming their guns at Jose.
Arsenal now have one of if not the best keeper in Europe. He cost them the match against West Ham but made up for it with his saves against Liverpool. A fit Arsenal team will go very close this season. Imagine if United won the FA Cup two years running, the media would be telling us that the FA Cup is the cup to win. Most clubs and their fans would love to have the record and history of Arsenal and to watch them play is a must for any football fan. You get these Chelsea trolls in the papers forever climbing into Arsenal but I see that since Man City drilled them half of them went missing and now they are all missing after Palace stuck them away. Half of the Chelsea fans have only been supporting them post 2003. Before that you could get a ticket at the Bridge at 5 to 3 on a Saturday afternoon.
