Have not enjoyed this final (or many games in the tournament TBH) at all........what is the general consensus of the standard of football in this tournament?
I'm convinced that the top 3/4 clubs in europe would outclass any one of these international sides!

Very poor final,I would go as far to say the whole tournament has been of a poor standard..
Even the pitches were not up to scratch.
Highlight was Iceland getting Woy the sack and the fans of both the Ireland teams, proving you can have a few beers and not try to kill the opposition fans.

I backed France ,but I will be delighted if Portugal win ............any side that can't turn that much domination into a win,do not deserve a crack at penalties!
(you cant miss the style .....watching France is like watching Arsenal-must be frustrating to support either)

Portugal - heavy underdogs tonight vs France home nation and favourites. contrast to the 2004 final where Greece were the heavy underdogs and Portugal the home nation and favourites. We know how that ended and I feel Portugal can cause a shock tonight.
France were lucky against Germany and could have easily got a hiding on another day. Portugal are very tough to beat and will make it tough again. They will attack on the counter and use set pieces to their advantage.
I'm on Portugal to lift the cup @ 18/10
and small go on Portugal 1-0 @7/1
also Portugal to win in Extra time @ 13/1
love tournaments! Thanks portugal! gonna miss this euros

Grr, I made my main porto bet for 3ways odds (90 mins) not to lift the cup - newbie error.
But im glad i managed to get a 400R on in ET for them to lift the cup, so i got something at least.

Your right Rob,it must be the French influence at Arsenal. Both teams choke when the pressure is on and both teams have the same donkey up front.
