How did Palace not win that match. They could have won 4-1 at least with all the chances that they missed

Palace have sacked manager de Boer after 4 matches and replaced him with the ex England manager Roy Hodgson who imo is a better club manager then an international manager. Football is such a cut throat business nowadays yet Wenger is still manager at Arsenal after so many thrashings over the past 4 years.

no as West ham will win and as its there first home game of the season (stadium was used for the World Athletics) the crowd will be up for it and that will be enough for West ham.

I have just been watching sky sports and they had the whole Mane red card issue on debate... To start off, when I was watching the game, my initial instinct was red card, and I even shouted this out when I saw it live.... After watching the replays and hearing so many people saying he only had eyes for the ball etc, while I do not for one second doubt his eyes were only on the ball, he knew the keeper was there... if he didnt, why would he lift his foot so high??? I was fortunate enough to play some top level sport (until my knees gave up from the pounding I gave them), and I can safely say that you do not need to make direct eye contact to know where the opposition is.... imvho, Mane knew, and was trying to pinch the ball and get the keeper sent off for taking him down.... was there intent to hurt the keeper, absolutely not... but did he know where he was, without doubt....

I still feel West Ham lost so much of their home ground advantage when they moved from their old stadium when their supporters were ontop on the field...

I dont think Mane wanted to injure the keeper as he is not that type of player. He apologised on the field and after the match. By the letter of the law the ref got it correct. If Mane got the ball then the keeper would have been sent off. Crazy.

I totally agree that Mane did not want to harm the keeper... I just cant justify them saying Mane didnt know where the keeper was....
