i would not say that the leagues are weak, the problem is that the clubs will the money buy up the best players around even if it means that players who would normally get into any side are now sitting on the bench. They have put a ceiling on what you can spend on new players but imho it should be lowered. Celtic in Scotland by winning just about everything actually makes them weaker as they are poor in Europe. Take PSG out of the French league and it becomes very competitive same as Bayern out of the German league. In England, as we have seen once again this season, any team is capable of beating another. This is good but in the end, with the exception of Leicester and Blackburn, there are only 4 teams maybe 5 that will win the league. Far better than some of the European leagues as you rightly suggest only one team can win their leagues.
