Tottenham have to play all their homes games at Wembley again as their new grounf wont be ready for kick off although it will be ready before November, the rules state that you cannot play your home matches at two different venues during the course of one season, so their new ground will stand empty for 9 months.

Maybe it will be to spurs disadvatage, it defenitely takes some time to adjust to the new ground
