Tottenham: Mauricio Pochettino unsure if Spurs will sign any players
BBC
If Spurs do not sign anybody I think you can tick them off your list to win the league.

Burnley have signed no players and released 15 players. not much hope for them if they dont sign some players.
Spurs may struggle unless Kane keeps performing.
Man Utd The manager seems to be having a breakdown of sorts.
I make it a City vs Liverpool season Chelsea third

Burnley have a good manager and have over-achieved with the resources they have
Kane will dive his way to a few yellow cards and suspension - the divers and cheats and actors will have their come-uppance this year...
Man Utd will be in top 3 again...Mourinho rants and raves but he does it to deflect attention and pressure and expectations
And teams will work out how to play against City just as they have against other dominant teams that find it difficult to replicate in consecutive years...teams will set up to stop City...defend the width of the box and ignore out wide and get height into their teams to counter crosses as there will be no space through centre...
