Alexis receives a basic salary of £400k a week. Written into his contract is a clause that pays him £75k every time he steps onto the pitch.

Last night he came on as a sub with 10 minutes plus injury time left. He touched the ball once. He earned himself another £75k.

Real Madrid are going to buy Hazard and pay him the same as Alexis. If players were paid on performance then Hazard should earn a million a week if going by what Alexis earns.

talking about specific players, i will be the first to admit i was in the front of the queue when it came to having a dislike for Sterling....... this is another player who IMO has improved beyond measure under Pep... He has (hopefully doesn't go back down that road) forgotten about the theatrical stuff and his work rate has improved significantly.... If anyone said to me 4 years ago that Sterling would be as good as Hazard i would of laughed at them and told them they are mad.... I graciously eat humble pie, as he is IMO just as good as Hazard.....

If they do then the owner will say if they good enough to make top 4 then they are good enough to get into the last 16 of Champs league thus saving himself a ton of money so that he can further invest in his American sports teams. Then its Burnley up against Man City who at the time will be two points behind Liverpool with a game in hand as Liverpool are sure to beat Huddersfield Friday night. Burnley will sit and hope to catch City on the counter. Burnley are now safe so they wont be all out defending and wasting time as they did at Chelsea the other night. Burnley 0 Man City 1

Then arguably the biggest match of the season for Man United as if they lose to Chelsea that will be that as far as top 4 is concerned. Since Ole took over on a permanent basis they have won twice and lost 7 times. The rot has to end. Man U 2 Chelsea 0

unless Arsenal go on and win the Europa League which on this form they wont even win a raffle even if they had the only ticket. An absolute shambles and total embarrassment bunch of players who will be on social media within an hour asking the fans to love them and support them come Thursday. They dont deserve top 4 as Chelsea and Man U are more deserving. Chelsea should get that 4th spot as they at least give it a go every single match when they have too whereas United and Arsenal players dont give a shit.
