2021/22 Premier League season

Some very big matches over the 3 evenings with tonight’s the biggest as far as PL survival is concerned. Newcastle at home to Norwich should be an open end to end sort of match. Both have newly appointed managers and both in huge bother at the bottom of the table

Leeds v Palace is a must win for the Leeds manager for if they lose the board will start becoming nervous and could start looking for a new manager

West Ham v Brighton is like a derby for Brighton who are doing well this season. West Ham flying in 4th spot should be good match

Villa with new manager winning 2/2 will give Man City a tough match, another match to watch which will be difficult as all matches are on Amazon Prime so trying to switch games will take about 30 seconds

Everton cannot keep on losing and always play well against Liverpool at home so expect a huge shock here

Man United v Arsenal on Thursday is far too hard to call as Arsenal always appear to freeze against top 6 sides especially away from home. I will be happy if Arsenal leave with a point.

What a wasted opportunity from Arsenal last night. They took the lead by dominating the game then just allowed United back into it who took their chances and the points. Time for Aubamayang to leave. He shows no or little interest and for a player earning £350k a week it’s rather poor. I am including Everton to beat Arsenal in every single football bet this weekend as Everton have a habit of beating Arsenal whenever they are out of form. At least Lionel is a happy happy this morning

Very happy, thank you sir. I bit tired from watching the whole game, which finished after midnight SAST....was only meant to watch the 1st half. We started a bit shaky; Fred was awful; de Gea was dumb; but the fight was in us.

CR7...what more can be said. It was a pleasure to see his career from the beginning.

50/50 some would say he had full control of the ball others would say not. I was a keeper and he definitely had full control of the ball

Agree...

I was also a goalkeeper...until my eyesight worsened when i took an elbow to the face at a corner...

On a better / worse note, a year or two before stopping playing goalkeeper, I saved three penalties but we still lost the shootout as my teammates thought they were Naas Bothas slotting over conversions!!:woohoo: :lol:

Contentious, but I think it's the right call. Much like the Arsenal goal against utd.

The key is the consistant application of the rule.
