Scotia says another day in Africa

He's away to renew Mr and Mrs Scott's passports , was recommended to use this branch as town is a nightmare
Only 2 photo booth but only 1 operator and he then goes for lunch and nobody at booths plus 500 people in que have been here for 3 hours Africa at its best
Mrs S keeping their place
Moved to next que after photo taken and the staff could not be more miserable and unfriendly it makes no difference if you are old young everyone gets treated like shite

Take a drive to Benoni - I found that service improves in smaller towns - Took me 30-45 minutes to renew my drivers - Would take way longer in JHB i'm sure

I would just drive without now. Every 5 years is a pain in the ass.
I go to HEIDELBERG also very efficient.
Was at Home affairs for my new Passport also not to bad except the photo dude must have the trots as he disappeared for 5 minutes every 15 mins.
Staff were pretty friendly.

It works like this
SARS in PE:Never go on Monday or Friday.
Never before 1.30pm and after 3.00pm.Have taken book to read and never got past 4 pages.Usually being attended within 20 minutes.Make sure you have all papers.
Driving/Car Licence:Kirkwood-in and out 10 minutes.Be there at 07.45am
Home Affairs : Humansdorp, never more than half an hour.Again try and avoid Mondays and Fridays and try between 2-3 pm.Make sure you have all papers.
There you go!
Dave-I will admit it is along way from Kirkwood/Humansdorp to Pretoria.
