I hope a lot of jocks watch this entire race .........start to finish ...............shows the cost of running wide around a small turn!!!.............and racing turns are much longer so the cost is far greater !!

Quite a few SA athletes doing very well at present...PB's and SA records...Evert de Klerk's 200m record from more than 20 years ago was equalled earlier in week...

We have the makings of a serious relay team for Rio next year.
Akine Simbine, Van Niekerk and Anaso Jobodwana (was in the 100m final at London 2012) have all done really well this year. Bronze should be the goal, hard to get the better of the Jamaicans and the US.

South Africa's Wayde van Niekerk has become the first athlete to run under 10 seconds for the 100m, 20 seconds for the 200m and 44 seconds for 400m.
Van Niekerk ran 100m in 9.98 seconds in Bloemfontein on Saturday to add to his 19.94 personal best over 200m and 400m world title-winning 43.48.
