All Blacks 29-15

omission of Sunny Bill and Carter will help SA , new #10 not is same league . Should be a easy victory for NZ however Ellis Park not a great hunting ground for them . Aaron Smith top , top class player and will make a big difference to NZ.

chicken n chips wrote: HM brought his Blou Bull philosophy to the SA team and has not evolved. Yes the Bulls won with his style but that sort of rugby is a thing of the past. He does not want to change, and he comes across as somebody who wont listen to advice or constructive criticism. That will ultimately be his downfall and when he is an old man he will still be in denial of the fact that he has cost the Boks with his amateurish running of the team. (early selections, wrong subs and the wrong time) If he can put as much effort into his thinking as he does of the singing of the National Anthem then half of his problems will be gone.

Ha, chicken.. If you want to know what I look like on my couch watching rugby, just watch HM. Shouting, screaming, etc. he certainly doesn't hide his passion. The problem that we see so much of him reacting like that.. He has become good insert tv when things good or bad are affecting the boks on field. Highlights the reality that what they are doing on the field (how he dreams/visions it) and actually what is happening in play... They don't marry.....

So true flydubai. His passion won't win matches as he cant transform it onto the pitch because the players are not buying into his vision. A new coach will improve this team by at least 20%

Surely having a 'level head' is a key quality on being a coach,HM comes across as being exactly the opposite when you watch his antics during the match.

Springboks to win if they bring Lambie on early enough. Maybe like the 3rd minute!

SA to shade this one, NZ do not have a good record at Ellis Park and will struggle with the altitude, 16/10 SA a fair price.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Bayern,

You may be correct,SA may win,but the second part of your statement needs proving.

SA have won 1 out of the last 4 enounters against the AB's at altitude, when they scrapped home last year with Lambie's 50m penalty on the stroke of full time.

Going back to 1992,South Africa have won 6/15 encounters at altitude against this opposition. That is a 40% strike rate, representing 15/10 in terms of odds.

If you like SA at 16/10,then you should have a bet therefore, but in terms of altitude it is most certainly no edge in SA's favour.
