Brilliant Blitz Bokke smashed their way to their first title of the season. The way that they dismantled the Kiwis was just brilliant, then they just pushed Wales aside and beat the mighty Fiji in the final. Cape Town next week should be a cracker to watch.

Really looking forward to this weeks cape town tournament. NZ look shot as well as the Aussies. England look good as do Wales and Scotland. Blitz Bokke will hopefully win as they did last time round in CT.
