Good morning if you have been trying to get through to telkom "your call will be answered in 20 mins", they have email problems

20 minutes, 20 years, same difference. I've been trying to report a faulty line for two days and if I have to listen to one more minute of that sickly music I'll jump off the tallest building I can find.:
