The only Atlantic Sport(USA) I can find in Racing Post's database is a six-year-old by Machiavellian who won three races in the UK early in his career but who more recently has been trained by P Schiergen in Germany. He last raced in September 2010 when he finished sixth of 10 in a Listed race at Munich.
I can't be sure that this is the same horse, but it is the only one of that name in the Racing Post database.

As per Mikes comments on his new Dubai horses...
Atlantic Sport: “He’s a five-year-old by Machavellian and has raced in Germany. He is owned by a Dubai businessman, Mohammed Jaber. Doesn’t qualify for the Carnival, he looks decent, we’ll see how he goes.”

R68 million for the World Cup. It makes the purses of J&B Met and July look like petty cash.
