Piere Striker Strydom record?

According to stats from Formgrids, winning on Star of destiny was Strikers 5th win in a row. He's had a couple of 4's in the past and I also noticed 6 x 5's in a row 30/8/2005 and 5 x 2nd's on 20/2/2009. IS THIS A NEW RECORD FOR HIM. 5 IN A ROW, and maybe no 6 with RENEGADE? ou ryperd... im hoping he makes it 6 in a row.. i took his treble today(tu)

It is going back quite a long time now,but I am sure that Strydom rode the p6 in his early days in Jhb;maybe 15 years ago.That would obviously be 6 in a row.It may actually be even further back than that,when I was a runner on the race course,and before IGN even(17 or 18 years).

Khumalo rode the Jackpot at Fairview a few yrs back .

Striker did ride the p6 at Gosforth park . I was as green as a cabbage in those days . I rushed to the tote to take a straight line pick six in kempton park tote .I got there 2minutes late . I bribed the doorman , so he let me in . I took R20 straight ps and R50 straight jpot . Went to the tats next door to the tote and never had a bet on a single one of Strikers mounts content with my straight line bets .At the end of it all an all to come would have returned i think 30 odd times more than the tote payouts . So much for bribing the doorman !

I remember Mike Azzies Dandyman winning under top weight of 61 0r 63kg's .Haystack from the Sage yard beating hot pot favourite Imperial command and Straw lining who was a germiston specialist winning from start to finish for Spike Lerena .Can't remember the other three . Does anybody else recall ?

If i could have that day over today i would retire twice in one lifetime ! But greeness played its part . Nowadays i can't even find a winner let alone a double on a card .

I thought Garth Puller also rode a P6, and if not a P6 then 6 on a day.

Justanotherpunter it was on 16 Julie 1990...how time goes by (actually time stands still and its only us passing through).He rode 7 winners that day (on a 9 race card).The first race was won by him on a horse called Golden Child..........Wow....WOW ...WOW.........

Thanks countrymember . For the life of me i cant remember the other two but i do remember mathematic .Mathematic couldv'e been in Dandymans race . I'm doubting if Dandyman won but think he did . Mathematic i think came down from durbs to win that day ?

i might be wrong but wasnt the match race bertween divine act and brainteaser on the same day as he rode the pick 6 at germiston?
