Hi UD KeNILWORTH Race. 3 No 4 paid R19.50 for a win as per the TABONLINE website.Tracey's Element should therefore be credited with 18.5 points.Can you check if i am correct UD.Thanks mate.

According to the rules of the compo....

Rule 3. You will get points as follows... -1 for all loosing selections, the Hollywood Bets SP – 6% betting tax on winning selections for win bets. Tote place payout -1 for winning place selections.

Hollywood bets www.hollywoodbets.net/Default.aspx paid 25/1 for that winner. Less 6% betting tax meant they would have paid out R23.50 per rand bet. That's why I gave TE 23.5 points for that selection.

The reason I created this rule was that I knew generally Hollywood payouts were better than most bookies and the tote when it comes to win bets.
