Like I said yesterday, one meeting can change everything. Today was evidence of that. Marcus came out firing and won four races to Delpech's one and in the process, the lead at the top is now cut down to five.

Marcus bangs home three winners at Kimberley today and cuts Delpech's lead to two. How things have changed in the past three days. The pressure is now back with Delpech to pull out all the stops to maintain his lead. Both jockeys are riding this week at Greyville, Scottsville and Arlington. With each having decent mounts, there is sure to be a number of winners between them.

What will the log look like come Friday evening. Who has more fire in his belly? One thing for sure, don't miss the next three meetings.

I for one am thoroughly enjoying this run in!!

Quite surprised nobody going to Durbanville on Wednesday. I am certain one or both of them will be at Kenilworth next Wednesday.

At the expense of repeating myself over and over and over again .
Marcus will win this race by a MINIMUM of 5. I am adamant.

Tomorrow he will win at least 3 (maybe 4).
Delpech should open the meeting.

This is really a titanic battle and it's exciting. Some of the smaller racing centres are getting the opportunity to see these jocks in action which is good for the sport.

The perfect result imo would be a dead heat and for them to share the honors,they are both top class riders and deserved winners it will be a shame to see one lose the race..
