Cecil was blurting out how well the 4TH PLACED HORSE payed on the tote in the 4th race today at Salisbury. Now if the guy knew the tote rules (We use the UK rules when running there) he would know that it was a NON-HANDICAP RACE and they only pay for the first 3 places...:o

No he mentioned the horse than ran fourth payed ''as much as R8.40 for the place on the tote''....
