It's raining everywhere

There's an El Nina event over the sea east of the country and therefore it's forecast there'll be average to heavy rainfall in the summer rainfall areas ... and it will get heavier in December-January-February. El Nina is the opposite of El Nino, which brings drought to the summer-rainfall areas of the country, i.e. Gauteng, KZN, Free State and E Cape as far west as Port Elizabeth.

Mavs, do you think I should cancel my annual Boxing Day Xmas-leftover picnic party by the pool? ....

I wish we could just cancel summer - but then I do live in Durban, the winter town to beat all winter towns.<

(Mind you, we had plenty of k@k weather this past winter as well - climate change is not a myth...)
