Hollywood Pool Limit

Since when as Hollywood introduced a Pool Limit. Im always have been singing their praises but inform your punters first. I lost almost R6000 yesterday at Hollywood during the harness racing and to my surprise I've been limited today. So yesterday if any of my bets came out I would known and I would have curtailed my loss cause I was chasing Shadows thereafter to recover my money. All I want is Hollywood to give my full payout on todays bet and all bets thereafter to have the Pool limit implemented.

Is the Limit where you cant win more than the Pool or limits for eg Swingers 20/1, Exacta 50/1 Trifecta etc.

naresh...its always been limits...u cannot win more than the pool......now 1 way around it is:

u have to appreciate that the pools are normally relatively small at these centres,

assume u wanna bet on a trifecta at dubbo...and u see the pool is R5000,FOR EXAMPLE...u take the trifecta 10 times and it pays R800/TIME....U WOULD EXPECT R8000....BUT THEY WOULD ONLY PAY U R5000..

IF U TOOK ON SEPERATE TICKETS THE TRIFECTA 2 TIMES EACH ....ON 5 TICKETS U WOULD ALSO CATCH IT 10 TIMES...BUT U WOULD BE IN THE LIMIT IN EACH TICKET...IE.R800X2=R1600 PER TICKET..BUT NOW U HAVE 5 TICKETS...SO YOUR PAYOUT WOULD BE R8000 IN TOTAL....OTHERWISE U ARE PLAYING WITH YOUR OWN MONEY...DONT WORRY I ALSO LEARNT THE HARD WAY...NOW THEY PAY FOR THE EXTRA PAPER AND WORK TO PRINT OUT THAT MANY TICKETS

Naresh there have always been pool limits...and even if you do what RG adviced they still might not pay you out...

Tx guys. I think the bets that I have been punting in the obscure places, Macau been my favourite, I have been lucky that somehow I was within the limits altough taking the bet multiple times until today. Lesson learnt yesterday dnt do your money in harness racing altough i was catching trifectas numerous times previously !!!
