Seemingly a handler had hold of one of the runners, have also watched the replay and noticed there was quite a few slow away, but the gates seemed to open correctly

Outrageous, I changed my Pick Six 1st Leg, fron 2,6 and 20 to Banker 20, because Laird and Marcus had won the 1st and 2nd, I thought Anton going for a Hat-Trick is worth following.
When they jumped at first, he was right up there, but ran about 600 or 800 metres, when they jumped the second time, I don't think he was out of the last three, totally miffed that these horses can run more than half way in a sprint and still be expected to run the full Race a few minutes later :X

That's racing in Natal ,false starts seem to happen there more often than other places , its this type of thing that makes one question the "HONESTY" of the racing industry ?????

I thought there was a handler in the way inside one of the gates, but I couldn't really see properly so I could be wrong. This has nothing to do with honesty, though. The aftermath of a false start is impossible to predict and there is no earthly reason why anybody would want to deliberately cause one.
