How do you record DSTV TO A PC?

Does anyone know how I can record Telle Track on my PC.
I want to be able to do my own timing of the races as I have found a few errors with Tab online's times which has chucked my whole database out.

R.A. ?
The only R.A. I know is the Race Advisor which is a UK site.
I don't think I know this website.

I imagine if u get a tv card for your PC you would be able to record the content via some sort of video recording tool.

Some tech person could probably set up.
