Pocket Power the Show Jumper

From Mike Bass Racing:
Pocket Power who jumped in his first official WP show at the SARDA grounds in Constantia on Saturday had a small hiccup in his first round, but enjoyed a successful day overall including a clear round, according to Belinda Haytread.
Pocket jumped two rounds over the three foot course. In his first, after jumping the first fence clear, he got spooked by a nearby trailer along the fence and dug his heels in just shy of the second. He went clear but knocked one jump in his first round.
In his second class, he was fantastic, said Belinda. He went clear and was faultless, bar a time penalty for the round, he went exceptionally well. Quite ironic considering his capability in that department, but it’s a learning game for the big bay, and as with his racing he will just need some time to adapt.
“He is still learning, and I will slowly build quicker times with him as his confidence gathers, but I was very impressed with his overall performance.
“No one was more pleased with his performance than he was” she said.
Along his way to a clear round, he achieved his first official qualifying point as a show jumper.
