If Sean priced them up then a lot more of his winners would be favorite...far to many times we accuse the trainers of skulduggery when they in fact have nothing to do with the betting structure

I hve made the same response yesterday in the Kim thread.
Rather layoff this subject unless you want to chase SM from this site (again).

When i first starting punting on SA races, very early I made a note... beware of heavily backed outsiders at the Vaal. Being someone who monitors the market I came to notice that for whatever reason, the Vaal seemed the worst venue for following apparent market confidence, especially when a horse started at 20/1 plus. Whether it is over-confident owners, the bookies conning people or whatever, I am much more reluctant to follow the market at the Vaal than I am elsewhere. And I agree with Titch's comments whole-heartedly (tu)

Oh dear. Hit post message and saw they have punted Tsar Nicholas from 14s into 15/2... I do hope there are exceptions to my (sort of!) rule!!

Im sure Sean wouldn't expect everyone to tip toe around the subject and Roddy is entitled to his view...it's the unfounded hogwash that was spewed by BB that was offside..
