Peter Miller 1 year on

Monday will see the first anniversary of the passing of Peter Miller and I'm sure for both Sean and his Mum it will be an emotional day...
With 34 runners on the day I'm confident Sean will have an opportunity to acknowledge his mentor who,without a doubt was the driving force behind the transformation and very survival of Flamingo Park....
I'm sure I speak for all racing enthusiasts in wishing Sean "sterkte' going forward and whether you have a hat full of winners or draw a blank there is no doubt that PAC will be looking down on you with pride....

What a success Sean has been,doing his pops proud...

Peter is sorely missed throughout racing but will never be forgotten especially as Sean, Steph and Cornell keep the Miller name in LIGHTS.

I miss Peter Miller. So many benefitted so much from his efforts. I wish Sean and Steff every success and may they always cherish the memories.

unfortunatately one mans gains led to the bloemfontein racecourse closure and with it went many small time owners ...from a punting perspective and from tote turnover bloem was a far more attractive place to bet on in fact myself and many other of my punting mates made it the best place to bet on...if the industry had its way again bloem would be open and the great racing mecca in kimberly would revert back to what it was

Peter was the face of Kimberley racing and always the stable to beat. He did a lot for Kimberley racing! Sean took the stable over at a difficult time for the yard and did extremely well thus far. Peter will be proud of what Sean has achieved in a year!

Although they say Time is a Healer, it never stops you missing a person. Only God knows how much I have missed Peter. He wasn't only a friend but more a father to me. Steph and Sean, What an honour and a privilege to have been a part of Peter's life. He was such a big part of mine and I'd like to think I'm a better person for having known him. He left such a great legacy, and wherever he is, I know he will be jumping for joy with his chest out, letting everyone know how proud he is of you.
