Requesting HELP please

At the start I do not want to tread on anybodies toes by puttung my request here. The administrators can delete the thread if they deem it necessary.

I was employed with a financial institution for 22 years. With recent restructioning, since February, my devision was impacted. Part of IT was outsourced to an offshore company. We were told that we would not be impacted for another year. Things are worsening by the day as we are still working on the 'RED' financial institutions account. In the last week people have been called in for redeployment, if alternate possitions could be found for the resources. If no position could be found we would be put on the 'bench' for a time period, After that we have no idea what would happen as things change day by day.

I have sent my CV out to various companies since February., I was at one interview up to today and the message was we will contact you if we have anything available. I do not have time to sit and wait. I am doing anything to rescue the situation for myself and my family.

If anyone can give advise or point me in a direction I would appreciate your kindness.
