Finally sanity has prevailed...their entry into super rugby has been delayed...the union presidents rightlly refused to accept this nonsense at the expense of the CC champs!!!

The story going around we've taken money to stay out of Super Rugby in 2013 is NOT TRUE! We will be playing Super Rugby in 2013," the Kings said on their official Twitter page.

This was backed up by Eastern Province Rugby Union President Cheeky Watson.

It looks like a deal will be made to the Kings which would include them in the premier division of the Currie Cup as well as financial.
